A joyful, inclusive monthly group music therapy session for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Held once per month online via Zoom, this group uses music, rhythm, and movement to build social skills, communication, and a sense of belonging.
Session includes:
- 1 x 60-minute group session per month via Zoom
- Music activities targeting social skills and communication
- Cognitive stimulation through structured music experiences
- Peer connection and a sense of community
- Caregiver participation welcome
- Facilitated by a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
