Autism Monthly Group Music Therapy Session

A warm, engaging monthly group music therapy session for individuals on the autism spectrum. Held once per month online via Zoom, this group uses music, rhythm, and movement to build social connection, communication, and emotional regulation in a safe, structured environment.

Session includes:

• 1 x 60-minute group session per month via Zoom
• Music activities targeting social skills and communication
• Rhythm and sensory regulation through music
• Peer connection and shared therapeutic experience
• Caregiver participation welcome
• Facilitated by a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
