A warm, joyful monthly group music therapy session for individuals with Down Syndrome. Held once per month online via Zoom, this group uses music, movement, and song to support communication, social skills, and a sense of belonging.
Session includes:
- 1 x 60-minute group session per month via Zoom
- Music activities targeting communication and social skills
- Movement and rhythm for motor development
- Peer connection and community building through music
- Caregiver participation welcome
- Facilitated by a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
